Rarely. The whole point is that they are in enemy faction lowsec. Not that it matters, no-one roleplays faction pirates, least of all in their own lowsec.

Well. How much ISK did your wallet increase by that hour? Ofcourse LP counts, you earned it, it sells for $$$. Convert it to items fhe store, sell those items. Thats how much it's worth, exactly what you sell it for.
